Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology, and credit card payments are securely processed using Stripe. When your order is placed online your credit card account will show that the funds have been authorized only, not charged. Your card will be charged only when your order is shipped.

Shipping:

All orders made on GrandPrixDance.com are shipped via UPS and are processed on the same or next business day. Please allow one to six business days for delivery, depending on your location. Shipping and handling charges are based upon the total weight of items and geographic location. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes (or to rural postal/zip codes that are considered to be ‘beyond points’) may be delivered by US Postal Service as an alternative to UPS.

Exchange and Return Policy:

We understand that a perfect fit is most important for the comfort of the dancer. For this reason, we have made our Exchange and Return Policy easy and simple. If you wish to change your initial order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery date, provided that:

  1. You have yet to wear or wash your new gear
  2. The tags are still attached
  3. The item(s) are in ‘like’ new resalable condition
  4. The item is in original packaging

We advise that all the shoes be tried on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles.

Exceptions to Exchange and Return Policy:

  1. Underwear, Undergarments and Tights
  2. Any returns that absorbed the scent of perfume, deodorant stains, smoke or incense
  3. Any shoes that have been scratched OR used on surface other than carpet
  4. Special Order Dance Wear and Shoes
  5. Final Sale/Clearance Items and
  6. Gift Cards

We will accept products that have been tried on, however in case of any sign of actual “use” of the product, Grand Prix Exchange and Return Policy will not apply.

Here is how to make your Exchange or Return:

  1. Fill out this Exchange/Return Form.
  2. Include your packing slip and the Exchange/Return Form with the new item you are returning.
  3. Please use a shipping box or reuse the box your order arrived in.  

You are responsible for return shipping costs and we will refund your purchase amount less the shipping cost. In the case of a rare flaw or incorrect shipment, please call our office before you make your return. Any returns received after 14 days from the date of time delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.

We recommend you return your item by UPS, FedEx or other insured and traceable methods and send it to this address: Grand Prix – Returns/Exchange  7519 5th Avenue (2nd Floor), Brooklyn, NY 11209. Please keep a record of the tracking number if you are using the FedEx label we provided. You may also choose a method of shipping of your choice. We are not responsible for any lost packages nor any returns that have not arrived.

Special Orders:

To order a customized product, please call our office at 347.559.7749.  Special Orders of any kind are not subject to return or exchange. All special orders must be paid for in advance. Deliveries on special orders usually take 6-8 weeks. Depending on the nature of the special order, this may take longer.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.

Taxes:

Orders shipped within New York state are subject to applicable New York Sales Tax.  Sales Tax Policy
