We understand that a perfect fit is most important for the comfort of the dancer. For this reason, we have made our Exchange and Return Policy easy and simple. If you wish to change your initial order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery date for full refund or upto 30 days for store credit.

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• You have yet to wear or wash your new gear
• The tags are still attached
• The item(s) are in new resalable condition
• The item(s) are in original packaging

We advise that all the shoes be tried on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles.

Exceptions to Exchange / Return Policy:

• Underwear, Undergarments and Tights
• Any returns that absorbed the scent of perfume, deodorant stains, smoke or incense
• Any shoes that have been scratched OR used on surface other than carpet
• Special Order Dance Wear and Shoes
• Final Sale/Clearance Items and
• Gift Cards

We will accept products that have been tried on, however in case of any sign of actual “use” of the product, Grand Prix Exchange and Return Policy will not apply.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
