Returns / Exchanges

We want every dancer to feel confident in their fit. That’s why our return process is simple and flexible.

Return Timeline

  • Within 14 days of delivery – Full refund

  • 15 to 30 days – Store credit

  • After 30 days – Not eligible for return

Return Requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and stain-free

  • In original packaging with tags and all pieces included

  • In new, resalable condition

Please try on shoes on clean, soft surfaces only. 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Tights, underwear, men's belts and undergarments

  • Items with odors, deodorant marks, or smoke/incense scent

  • Shoes worn outdoors or with visible inner or outer damage 

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special orders (custom-made items)

We accept tried-on items—but if they show signs of use, they won’t be eligible for return.


How to Return

  1. Submit a Return Request through our customer portal

  2. Use the provided label and original packaging (or similar packaging)

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds or store credits are processed within 1–3 business days


What is Checkout+?

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal. 


Special Orders

Call us at (347) 559-7749 to place special orders. These:

  • Must be paid in full

  • Take 2–8 weeks to arrive (we share estimated delivery)

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged

These guidelines help us maintain the quality of our inventory and ensure every customer receives brand new products. Returns that don’t meet these conditions can’t be accepted.
