Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology, and credit card payments are securely processed using Stripe. When your order is placed online your credit card account will show that the funds have been authorized only, not charged. Your card will be charged only when your order is shipped.

Shipping Policy:

All orders made on GrandPrixDance.com are shipped via UPS or USPS and are processed on the same or next business day. Please allow one to six business days for delivery, depending on your location. Shipping charges are based upon the total weight of items, DIMS and geographic location. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes (or to rural postal/zip codes that are considered to be ‘beyond points’) may be delivered by US Postal Service as an alternative to UPS.

Exchange and Return Policy:

We understand that every dancer would like to have their idea fit, for this reason our Exchange and Return Policy is easy and simple. If you wish to return your order, we ask you do so within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. Items received between 14 and 30 days will receive store credit. Please see Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

We will accept products that have been tried on, however in case of any sign of actual “use” of the product, Grand Prix Dance's Exchange and Return Policy will not apply.
