EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Use the provided label and original packaging (or similar packaging)

Once received and inspected, refunds or store credits are processed within 1–3 business days
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Customers may inspect and try on products as they would in a retail store. Shoes must be tried on indoors only on a clean, soft surface.
Returned items should be:
- Returned with all original components and accessories
- Returned in their original packaging
- Properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess fit, including outdoor wear, dancing, rehearsal use, washing, staining, odors, or damage, may be subject to a reduction in refund amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods, up to and including refusal of a refund where the product no longer has resale value as new.
Examples of handling beyond what is necessary include:
- Wearing shoes outdoors
- Washing garments
- Removing protective seals from hygiene products
- Damaging, staining, or altering products
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect the items and process your refund without undue delay.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
Refunds include:
- The purchase price of the returned goods

The original standard delivery charges paid at checkout.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications
- Clearly personalized or custom-made products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, including tights, underwear, dance belts, and similar intimate apparel
- Gift cards
- Any products otherwise exempt under applicable consumer protection laws
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, as required by applicable law.
